CEO Message

Director
Eiji Kitada Eiji Kitada
In 2004, he joined Square Enix Visual Works and engaged in CG visual production.
From 2010, he relocated his base overseas and worked on numerous Hollywood films at the VFX studio Double Negative.
After returning to Japan, he served as a director of ModelingCafe and head of its Fukuoka branch.
Since 2025, as Director and Head of Production at CafeGroup, he has overseen creative strategy across video, animation, and games.
While moving between production and management, he works on building strong organizations.
From 2010, he relocated his base overseas and worked on numerous Hollywood films at the VFX studio Double Negative.
After returning to Japan, he served as a director of ModelingCafe and head of its Fukuoka branch.

Hidekazu Ohtake Hidekazu Ohtake
After starting in the music industry, he moved into a major CG production company.
Following his independence in 2008, he worked on full-CG films and globally recognized AAA consumer game titles.
He joined at the founding stage of ModelingCafe in 2012 and now leads company-wide production strategy as Director and Head of Produce at CafeGroup.
He has built achievements across both CG and animation, including executive producing the TV anime Magilumiere Co. Ltd.
His guiding motto is: "A tiger leaves its hide when it dies; a person leaves their name."

Kyohei Takeda Kyohei Takeda
He built experience supporting management foundations from both numerical and organizational perspectives through cost control and talent management in the education and medical sectors.
He joined ModelingCafe in 2015.
As a business leader, he supervised numerous projects while designing and operating production organizations from a management perspective.
He now leads group-wide corporate strategy, budget and profit management, organizational design, and talent investment as Executive Officer and General Manager of the Corporate Management Division at CafeGroup.
Through integrated management across finance, organization, and talent, he supports structural transformation and growth throughout the group.
He joined ModelingCafe in 2015.

Kei Hashimoto Kei Hashimoto
As an engineer at DMM, he was responsible for game development and live operations, gaining experience across both technology and business.
He later joined Aww, where he led R&D in CG x Tech areas such as virtual humans, real-time CG, and AI as Head of Development.
In 2024, he joined CafeGroup and oversaw both system development and new business launches as the leader of development and new business. He currently serves as Executive Officer, CTO, and Head of the Development Division, leading the group's technology strategy and business creation. By connecting technology and management, he is opening up new business domains for CafeGroup.
